couldnt understand the message but called back and couldnt connect with number! (your call cannot be connected as dialed)
Claimed to be from Cigna, Mentioned trying to process a prescription from a doctor I never heard of. He did have an accent. He eventually put me on hold and the call disconnected after several minutes.
Caller stated he was from Aetna insurance and wanted to verify our provider info. Asked if our name was Implantable Provider Group. I had to explain to him that IPG is a company that Aetna does business with directly. He verified our address. Very thick accent, not sure if he was legit or not.
due to the caller's thick accent, was unable to determine the reason for this particular call.

No message left, but seeing these other comments, it's a supposed ins co. Not even 5 mins later, my dr office called to tell me my prior authorization was approved. So this makes me think this is a legit number and were also calling to lmk about my approval. They will ask for bday and address, I remember from past calls which I was leary of too, but I'd say it's legit. I use cinga health spring if that helps anyone.
Wanting my birth date and address. Stated a prescription I've been receiving for a year was being denied coverage. Gave me a number to appeal that decision. Caller had a very thick accent.
