My son received a text with the same exact message but using my name, and our address.
Same I received the exact same message. Been getting these types of messages once a month. Just the name changes but the messages are all the same.
He is a small local guy building a lawn company. He is calling in winter because it is the fastest way to grow a business and because he cannot call during season because he is too small. Would you people want him telling people where you live or who you are over the phone?
I received a message from this same number, 574-208-6614, with the exact same message. "Hi [Name], apologies for the unexpected text, but my name is Daniel, and I'm interested in purchasing [address]. Are you the owner?"
Person sent a message to my phone, but introduced himself as Daniel using my husband's name. He said he wanted to buy our home, and asked if my husband was the owner.
Calls all the time and hangs up when the call starts recording on my message machine. (I don't answer unknown phone number calls.)
Said he was with a lawn care service wanting to pull my weeds and fertilize my lawn I don't have any weeds it's the middle of winter said he had a customer base in my area but couldn't tell me where his customer base was from.
