Carl Schoepke with NM Human Services Department in Santa Fe is abusing his power and spamming peoples phones with texts from NMHSD mental health chatline. He is creepy!!!!!
Texted me claiming to be NM HSD and said I had an in person appointment for the next week.
Text message from 575-216-7200 claiming to be NM HSD also called a few times and hung up as soon as I answered.
Received multiple SMS. Both claiming to be NM HSD. One waiting I was eligible for 300 in child care assistance, the other saying I'm eligible for free broadband internet. Always check the number & don't click links from numbers you don't know!
Text message claiming to be from human services dept of new mexico. Said I could be eligible for the child tax relief, "up to $300 per child." There was a link included that I (of course) didn't click.
