The woman said her name was SYDNEY and she was calling to "CONFIRM" my information which she DID NOT HAVE.. that I qualified for discount AUTO INSURANCE. I told her I have USAA for many years and I don't need their services. That caught her off guard and she said can I ask you anyway to see if you qualify. I said sure, but I have had USAA for over 20 years and I have excellent driving record. She then asked for my DATE OF BIRTH and ask about the house I lived in.. etc. When I declined to give my DOB, she tried to INSIST that they were simply CONFIRMING to see if I qualify, I said I don't give my DOB out and she has already asked questions that I don't answer on the phone and politely told her HAVE a NICE day and HUNG UP. The caller ID said LCN and they have called three times a day. .and have used DIFFERENT NUMBERS. This time I answered to tell them to STOP calling. "
