I'm guessing its a debt collector. But unknown. Owed money to Verizon to pay off phone, previous voicemail from similar number was them. Answered this call to tell them bill paid. Did not identify themself, asked if I would confirm my name and then stated my last 4 SSN.. I asked who they were and they stated CBC.. I hung up.
