I did not answer the call but when i called back the message was this is a non working number
claims rebate from NYSEG. absolute scam. calls back 4+ times if you hang up.
Leaves a msg on vm even though I have blocked this number. Says to call back regarding a matter that requires my attention. What?
This number has called me twice in the same day within a couple hours apart. I usually pick up without saying anything, and within two seconds it hangs up. Put on blocked-call list.
