call frequently. Don't identify themselves. Leave short unidentifiable messages. It's more of harassment than telemarketing.
Yes first trying to sell me insurance. Then made nasty comments about my mother. I want his employer to know what is happening on his dime.
Get this call number almost daily. I do not answer, because I do not know the number, and my phone carrier sends out the words Potential Spam. This number never leaves a message, and then in 10 minutes another number with a totally different area code comes in with the same result. No message, just my phone ringing over a dozen times/day. I have children and grandchildren. I check my phone when it rings. These spam calls are very upsetting.

Rude caller, FINALLY tells me he is calling from the Police Union Support Office looking for donations. We do not have a true 'police department' in CT. The call comes from Michigan according to this site.
