How do I file a complaint against a company? I've told them time and again not to call. Oddly, their calls never started before I put my number on the Do Not Call list. I know they are claiming to be either a pharmacy or a health supply company pushing topical pain relief, but I don't know who they are. They are a Phoenix 602 number, but, from the way they sound, it seems clear that their calls are somehow connected to that area code from outside the US. There have been many calls. All are 602-338 numbers.
