Claimed a property I own in AZ was either unoccupied or for some other reason in need of his attention. Said he got my name and phone nimber from the public record. Clearly was calling from a residence based on background (family typical) noise.

Scumbag calling and pretending that there are code violations on my property but he'll save the day by giving me cash for my house. As I said, scumbag!!!!!!!
