Caller said my home was in violation of Arizona State and Federal Laws and needed the roof replaced immediately to avoid fines, foreclosure and possible destruction.

Boarder jumping scammer trying to glean info by claiming my home's roof is due for a MANDATORY STATE INSPECTION and to avoid fines and penalties from the State of Arizona I MUST have THEM thoroughly inspect my home and report back to high ranking State Officials otherwise my home will be condemned and I will be made homeless by the end of the week

Hispanic accent male calling using my proper name and old address stating he was with Arizona Services and that my home need to be inspected for roof damage. I stated this is a do not call number and he hung up. Home services scam or casing homes suspected.

Man said he was from Arizona Services and that they were going to be in the neighborhood doing roof inspections and wanted to schedule and appointment. He said it was all free and had to make sure someone would be home for the inspection. It didn't sound right, so I told him no. I didn't like the fact that he knew my name and address. I tried calling the number back and it doesn't connect the call, there is just dead air. Not sure where this can be reported.

Said was from Arizona Services, and knew my legal name (which almost nobody knows - creepy). Said they were going to be in the neighborhood, naming the street I live on (again, creepy), and wanted to do a free roof inspection. I hung up and will be keeping an eye out for anything suspicious in our neighborhood - don't care to be robbed.

Man said he was from Arizona Services, said neighbors had been having troubles with their water and he wanted to inspect our property. They knew my name. I told him to talk to my caregiver and they hung up.

They called from "Arizona Services" saying they are in the area and asked what time I'd be home to do a home inspection. I can't find any record of a business called "Arizona Services."
