Received a call from "Robbie" talking very quickly left call back number of 313 373 1215. could not make out the whole message speaking so quickly. this is not the service i have ever received from Quicken Loans. Sending letter to the CEO.

This person, female African American, stated she was with Quicken Loans on a recorded line. Wanted to assist me with my paying off my home loan. She aroused my suspicion that she wasn't legitimate when she requested my email address, as Quicken has that information already. She mentioned they have programs to offer and I politely declined, stating I wasn't ready at this time. I asked her to remove my number from their list so as not to receive any further calls.

Claims to be from Quicken Loans but is NOT. Definite scam. called at 9 am on a Sunday morning.

Another call from Quicken Loans, simply a different number being used....Calls continue after being told that we are not interested

Quicken Loans - So called self-described "Senior" Loan Officers with less than 15 months in the lending business does NOT make you a Senior loan officer. Arrogant, too! They don't know what they don't know because they are spoon-fed newbies, knowing nothing of lending except what their current employer has let them know. Be very careful if you are going to use them. No longevity, all new loan originators. If they make a mistake, you have to live with it for the next 30 years, refi or pay-off the loan.
