Calls almost daily and calls back to back. Has been calling for months will not leave a message.
This a "scam" LLC company that sells bogus mattresses & once you see it's not what you ordered that's propped up outside of your home, this company refuses to come back a get it before it's even been used. Instead their solution is for you to donate the mattress and email them the receipt for a tax write off, while keeping my down payment and delivery fee and has the nerve to charge me per day it's here unused when the receipt i received as i left clearly stated it's returnable as long as it's in its original plastic and it is indeed. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and about to have 1 of 2 surgeries & all i want is for those con artist come and get what they call a mattress & I've been trying to return it before the 1st payment was even due back in October...SMDH They keep calling and sending emails with bogus titles.

I received a call from this person claiming to be Courtney Somsan, allegedly representing a veteran's benefits company. She said I was added to her list by my grandson. Whose name she had. I set up a call back time but she hasn't called me back yet. I thought it is a scam. I think I' right.
