Got unwanted call from 603-671-3895?
Received call from NH State Trooper's association several weeks ago and they got me to agree to pledge $25. They said they would send it all in the mail to me. We get a LOT of mail, mostly non profit solicitations for memberships in their organizations. We throw a lot of it out, either my wife or myself depending on who collects the mail. Today received a call from Franklin NH at 603-671-3895 asking me if I had sent in the pledge I had agreed to and if not would I be willing to handle it over the phone or would I like them to resend it in the mail. Being particularly tight on time and stressed to the hilt as are most Americans these days I agreed to get it done over the phone. They promised an immediate followup email. Never came. I called the number back and it was disconnected. Immediately canceled my Credit Card. The $25 charge did come through on AMEX. Hard to support the State Trooper's organization anymore. I would think they would want to pursue this scam.

I have not gotten a voicemail from this number so I'm not sure if it is a robocall or telemarketer, but I do know that it is not someone I know. I have received multiple unwanted calls from this number over the past few weeks
