Also was contacted via email. Exact same message. I'm in NC too, as I noticed someone else in this thread is. Is this some sort of hack on Indeed? Thinking I should delete my Indeed account!

I got this message. It came in around 8:15AM or so. I don’t have my number listed on Indeed. I would assume this leads to identity theft as they would ask for all your personal details such as DOB, SSN, License #, etc. in order to run a background check on you before they give you this “job”. “I am Alana Bason, I got your # from Indeed.I need a Part-Time Personal Assistant/Errand Runner. Pay is $500/week. Email me for details: Alanabason@outlook.com”
