A man named "Paul" called from this number and identified me by name and then asked me to confirm my home address. I asked where he was calling from and he would not identify. He told me he had a "matter to discuss" and if I would not confirm my home address he would hang up. He his name was Paul and that was all he would identify. He then hung up.
