debt collection scammer, using portfolio recovery services. they do debt collections, but a huge racket of theirs is the scammer side, demanding debt payments immediately who do not have any debt.
Calls pretending to be debt collector. Threatening to garnish wages, but will not give any information. Hangs up in my face when ask for acct information.
