Caller immediately says they are calling from a recorded line. I immediately hang up. Multiple calls in past few weeks.
Call tracked to Malaysia. "Calling on a recorded line" impersonating government branch for money/data.
Caller gives first name, says she’s on a recorded line and is calling about a hearing. She then asks if you can hear her clearly. If you say “yes”, the call ends. It appears to be the scam to record your voice saying yes that the FCC has warned may be used to authorize fraudulent charges via the phone.

caller stated that she was on a recorded line about your auto loan (have no such thing) told her to remove the number and never call again and kept talking. told her again to remove the number and never call again and she kept talking. hung up.
