Alerted by phone as a "SEVERE SCAM ALERT!!" Caller ID said "Rivera Joan!!" Start fining these people PER CALL. If they do not pay the fines &/or keep calling or texting, jail them!! They STEAL from people like me who pay per call with Tracfone!!
