Definitely unsolicited cold call. This number is blocked on my phone, so I don't receive calls now but it still goes to voicemail. This is every day. Sometimes it will be a short 5 second of silence, today was 1m 45s not total silence there was 2 sections where there was background music coming through like someone was on hold and checking back on the call so someone was definitely there making the call and waiting. Report this number and do not answer.
