Caller used phone #1-610-467-8480 but left this number as the return call 1-855-764-8926. Also left a reference #. After receiving the the message several times she thought it was too important to ignore, that's how they got her. She returned the call. They got my mom for $20,000.00. I wish she had called us before they scammed her. They told her someone used her SS# to make purchases and she is now responsible for the debt. They threatened her with being arrested if she did not pay. She is 89 yrs old, lives on her own and was so frightened by the information the woman gave her she fell into their trap. So to clear the debt they had her go to Target get gift cards, then she call them back with the numbers. They had her go out at night to get the gift cards. She never drives at night but she did it for them to clear the debit and not be arrested. She did this for a couple of nights before she realized the scam. She reported it to her bank and to the local police. Unfortunately there is nothing apparently anyone can do to help her.
