Persistent, rude electric provider. Still tried to "sell" to me even once I stated I no longer live at the address he was referencing.
Says he wants to talk about my electric bill, when he told we are happy with who we have he states that he will keep calling anyways.

very rude, said it was about a PPL bill. we don't have PPL. scam
