Said he was with power company and I hung up and blocked. Lies.
Verified as a scam through PPL Allentown. He said to get my bill to confirm residential rather than commercial account. Listed as PPL GLOBAL through a search engine. Reported to PPL Electric Allentown,Pa office. Room full of noise and chatter. Could barely make out his voice but it was a dialect from India.
