Health insurance scam... just another worthless robocaller! If you request them to stop, they just call more often and if you actually speak to them and ask to be taken off their list, they just hang up on you.
Didn't leave a message. Looked up number online and found several reports of scam/fraud. One result showed a possible international connection to a US number. Called the number within 10 minutes or receiving the call, and got the automated response that the number is no longer in service.
