Call come from someone speaking in an unintelligible manner. You hang up and they immediately hit re-dial and try again -- and again -- and if you happen to challenge them (I don't anymore) they get quite belligerent and almost sound threatening. It's not a comfortable feeling after you encounter someone you don't know who has your phone number.
