I received a call from (612) 564-4879 on Mon. 06/24/19. I called back this phone # on Tue. 06/25/19 as a phone message said it was from the United Health Care Payment Dept. on my account. (1) First, it sounded legit with a large volume waiting before me to put me on hold. (2) When I got to talk to a person, I noticed she had a heavy foreign accent. I was surprised & felt a little strange. (3) She asked me a Full Name, the Home Address & e-mail Address. (4) She said the amount of the outstanding Bill (over $200) & asked me "Can you pay now?". I told her "I need a time to review a detailed statement" & asked her to e-mail me the a detailed Bill statement. She tried to pressure me to pay & said "Can you pay tomorrow?". I told only aster I have a chance to review a statement. (5) I didn't receive the e-mail from them. Meanwhile, I got online to check on my UHC Account & I didn't find anything like that amount I owe. (6) Then, I got suspicious & I did some online check on this Phone #. Some of the finding results was, indeed, it said (a) the UHC, (b) It also said there were some serious complains with this Phone #. I thought it's important to report on this.
