Left message about a file that had been forwarded to them for review and that it is important they receive a call from me or my lawyer.. Failure to do so would be considered a forfeiture of my rights. Then proceeded to provide another phone number to call them at.

Unsolicited call from AmeriSave. Applied for mortgage with local credit union. Because the CU pulled a credit report AmeriSave was able to buy or somehow access that information. This happened even before I heard back from CU. So a totally bogus sounding unsolicited cold call came in trying to sell me on this mortgage company I had zero interest in hearing from. Amerisave already has paid out on 1 class action lawsuit for unsolicited calls and they're back at it again. Does a seemingly legit business really need to operate this way?
Claimed to be a local Remax realtor and I entered my information asking about a property. BULLSHIT! I already own and a home and NOT looking to purchase another
called at 3:55am. Sounded like a muffled message and then the busy tone.
Said, if I disnt return the call and bring all my paperwork to my local processor, I shall forfeit my rights and their attorneys will prosecute me
