I called this number back after they did not leave a message on my voice mail. I spoke with a woman whom I had a very hard time understanding. She finally spelled what she was saying. She said this number was for US Federal Grants Department. I asked what kind of business they were to which she replied that they were not a business. I then asked why they would be calling me and she hung up on me.
