This number has called me repeatedly. I finally answered and they told me the business name, but didn't tell me what type of business it was. They kept saying is this the name they wanted me to say. I don't give my name to no business I'm not familiar with. Scam!

Somehow, I got a text asking if this was (my full name) and that they had a job offer. Wanted me to sign into Google Hangouts to interview. I played along for a bit but wouldn't do a google hangout, then I didn't hear back from them. Searching the telephone number it was from Ohio, but the company they said they were representing is out of the country. too many red flags, I blocked them.

Texted asking hello, how are you?

I received a text message like others described trying to identify my first and last name.

Phone number 614 368 1425- texted a general text message trying to identify my first and last name with an general message of “Hello John Doe” and that was all. Never responded as it was suspicious enough to not contact them back at all because logically anyone trying to get in contact with someone will leave a longer text message than just a Hello and basically trying to identify a name I only go by legally.

I did not answer, but no message was left. I assumed it was a scam.

They say they are spectrum cable.
