No response when I answered the phone. Then I called back. Got a recorded pitch to pick which FANTASTIC OFFER I wanted to get in on. They have a whole list. The first four were medicare, final expense insurance, airfare and hotel rates, and a $100 shopping reward voucher. Even though I called from a different phone and used *67 they were able to see my phone number. Once I "selected" my offer, they wanted charge a $4.95 processing fee using only Visa or Mastercard. That's when I told them I didn't want the card. I just wanted to see what their scam was.
The number just called my cellphone number. I don't answer any numbers I don't know period.. I want them to stop calling me. When you work nights (. HUSBAND) no phone calls, cellphone or home phone!!!! Robocall are a no,no.
Received phone call from a blocked number on my landline phone from a woman who identified herself as Mary Roberts and that she was a compliance officer, but didn't give the name of the company she was calling from. She asked if I was the person she was calling for and without me giving a response, she said she needed to verify information in regards to a case being filed against me in Franklin County Court. I told that I don't give out any information to anyone without knowing who the are and where they are calling from and told her not to call back as I had a similar call before and they just wanted to get my personal information. I hung up and she called backed and the number on the caller ID showed 614-977-9455. When I answered and heard her voice again, I just hung up. She called right back again and I sent the call to voicemail. She left a message giving a case number and told me to call 855-469-1310 and ask for their legal department. She also stated that since that she couldn't reach me by phone, that she had no choice but to contact my employer to get contact information on me. Then my cellphone rang, showing it the call was coming from a blocked number; I am on disability and work as an independent rep (self-employed) and my cellphone is listed as my employment number. I assume since the voicemail on my cellphone says my name and is in my voice, she didn't leave a message on my cellphone. I looked up on the Franklin County Court records and there are no case listed filed against me.
Called saying my number, name and address were left because they were filing a complaint in Franklin County against someone else. Wanted me to call 855-211-8724 to update my information....

Got a hangup call. called back and it's a Pick Your Scam approach. Recording says you can select which deal you want. Brief spiel then "Press 1 if you want this one! Press 2 if you want to hear another fantastic offer!" Options were 1. Medicare 2. Final expense insurance 3. Airfare / Hotel voucners 4. $100 shopping voucher. I got tired of listening so I pressed 3. Female came on line and pitched me on the shopping voucher. She asked for name and address. I lied about both. Then she wanted my Visa or Mastercard number so they could run a $4.95 processing fee. That's when I told her I wasn't interested in the card and I just wanted to see what her scam was.
