Wanted to charge my account $399 for security

scam-recorded msg from "PC Tech Support" saying to call them re a $299 they will charge for their tech support.

I received a call today, 4/25/2019 at 2:20, P.M., CST. It was a robotic voice telling me that $77 and some odd change had been charged to my VISA card and if I did not make or authorize this charge to press 1. To begin with, I don't have a VISA charge or debit card so I knew this was a scam. But I pressed 1 just to see who would answer and lo and behold, it was a man with an Indian (the country, not a native American) accent so thick I could have cut with a knife. He said "Amazon customer service" and my reply was that "no, I don't think so" and hung up. The number has been blocked from calling me again.
