I received a letter after refinancing like it was from my mortgage company after going to google earth entering the phone number it was from a store front Goin Postal. SCAM need to crack down on this crap.
This is the most underhanded solicitation letter I received yet. I’m used to getting a whole bunch of these with pink paper saying final/last notice but this one is huge type saying “we have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage” which is total nonsense because they are not related to my mortgage as it says in the fine type like everyone else has said here
They sent me a letter pretending to be my loan servicing organization. Checked the fine print like everyone else recommended, and it said this was all obtained using public records. Also the mortgage ID on the letter did NOT match my previous records both online and offline. Reported this to the Servicing agency and will be ignoring this letter. It came from Nolensville, TN.

Exactly what we received the other day! A mailing saying they've been trying to reach us regarding a matter of importance related to our mortgage. Don't fall for it folks!!
