No health insurance company is going to leave a message calling themselves "your health plan" and not actually just give the name of the insurance company. Neither is MassHealth or Health Connector or any Medicaid, etc. Plus they left a Texas number for me to call back.
This number has call twice pretending to be from YOUR HEALTH PLAN they have left 2 different numbers 833-541-4516
This guys called asking my dad for his SSN (notice that he approached my dad by his name).
Message said calling about “your health plan” — being such a genetic statement, it made me search for potential scam. Grateful for this site to confirm my suspicions. Thanks.
Scam call, pretended to be from my health insurance provider but was calling my father (haven’t been on his insurance in 10 years) so I had to explain to him it was a scam so he wouldn’t give out any personal information

Call from so called Mass Health. They tell your name and tell that call to ask about Mass health benefits. But first question they asked as if they want to check the correctness your records was : What is your Social Security Number.
