I am trying to call my grandson in WA state. His area code is 306.I oak the correct number and get a "SIM message switching the no. To 617-963-8334. Then it rings n says " this is not a working number," I have deleted his contact n reenter ed it, same thing. I have turned off the phone n still it does it

Number that called my phone was 9141971165. When I called back, as I sometimes to to check if robo or spoofed #, my phone SIM redirected the call to 1-617-963-8334. When I looked up the original # that called me, search engine showed several entries IN RUSSIAN. WTF? Bot farm or attempt to hack cell phones?

Call comes in with the number (876)463-6528 but if you try to call back the (617)963-8324 is the one that show up.
