Received a call this am wanting to talk about roofing problem they saw at our home. They know our name and address. I did not confirm my address and told them we do not have a problem. Person never idenified who they were. Said not interested and hung up

Received call on 3/18 to home number. No voice or noise on the other end. No one responded when I said hello. Now they just called my cell number as I'm typing this. Someone has my home and cell phone. What do they want. Did not answer cell call and they did not leave message.
