Received a call from 618-744-3401. I didn't recognize the number & didn't answer. They left a message. It was from a Rebecca Jarvis, letting me that know that was there a complaint against me, and that I was to call a number, referencing a code or else, after 3 failed attempts they'd be forced to contact my HR Dept. Other than the name, they did not give any information as to the nature of the organization or the complaint.
