The lady said that it's in regards to a CHANGE IN OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT. I asked from what company, she said whatever card you use to make a purchases with your debit card. I told her we have different cards. It sounds like a solicit call to me.

Needs to send someone out to meet with me to go over my merchant statement to show me where I am overcharged.
