Dialed the number back when I missed the incoming phone call. A recording immediately began playing instructions that said 'Press 1 to Speak with an Agent'. I didn't press anything and in a few seconds the call was disconnected. I'm assuming it was a debt collector because those callers are the ones who never leave voice messages and my number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for a long time.
