Person behind phone is "Julio Osuna" out of Goodyear, Arizona. Took me two minutes to find out who he is and report "Always Yes Properties" to the FTC.
Got a very rude call from someone claiming to be Steve but his caller ID came up Julio. He said one of his colleages had been text back and forth about selling our home. When I told him no, he then said that Casper must have gotten ahold of my phone and hung up. I returned the call but it was forwarded.......
Steve told me to Sh*t the F**k up and that he was on his way to my address, quoted my street name. I am reporting him to police as he threatened to come to my home.
Thanks to the guy who fooled Steve at AlwaysYesProperties and got his information and website. I was able to report him and his sheet-ash company to the FTC. Got a case number and gonna follow up and demand his information. That's worth $1000 in small claims for harassing people like that, and as soon as I can get his info, I'll post it so you all can file. It's only a few bucks to have your day in court.
These guys call from all types of numbers, at all times of the day/night. Leah, Alex, Tony... harassing us to buy our home. It's been going on for a couple of years now. I researched the business name and could not find a business license for "Always Yes Properties" in Arizona. So. Tired. Of. These. Asshats. My solution, I put an ad on Craigslist for free goats using their main phone number listed on their website. Maa Maa bitches.
I fooled him and had him call me. His name is Steve and the company's name is Always Yes Properties.
Be careful, this guy may be mentally ill. Threatened to break my neck along with a spew of obscenities.
Yeah said I called and left a message with his partner saying I wanted to sell my house. If your that desperate to cold call or make up lies shows they are shadey.

Got a text from same guy. Same story. Casper got my phone. Obscenities and what not. But I called him out. Back and fourth banter, I was at work on lunch so having a little fun. As soon as I mentioned the name Julio he tried very hard to convince me otherwise. Said he would come over. Haha we value our second amendment rights in my house so I invited him.
