Caller ID shows National Disability of West Chicago. Did not answer and they left no message. I get numerous Suspicious calls From West Chicago every day.

I'm calling because you inquired about applying for monthly disability benefits (which I have not) Voicemail message says it is time sensitive and call back the number 617-996-8876, call came from my area code (Illinois) and the number was 630-473-6497
