I get this call CONSTANTLY. It's a pre-recorded call to sell a car warranty. They just called me twice, a minute apart. If you answer the "Is that right?" question, he will respond with "Great!" It does no matter what you say. I have answered everything from "No" to vulgar comments about his person. It doesn't matter. "Great!" Then he tells you to hang on to speak with someone, but no one is ever available. They tell you to call back. I think that gives them a legitimate way to say that you asked for the call.
