Called home and cellphone. “Top Doc” plaque message. Nice New Jersey accented lady. Usually is a scam asking for money to be included in a “top doc book”. This is the first for a plaque. Must have gotten a database of telephone numbers. I’m speculating obtained from physician recruiters.
