"Marcia & B. Altman" 631-288-2020. Called in the late evening and hung up to the answering machine. The hallmark of the Indian scammer: Spoofing of American names & numbers to cheat, con, swindle, dupe and hornswoggle the scam-susceptible. The FTC does nothing. The FCC is not interested. Do Not Call collects reports then heaves them out when the trash is full. This is how we got here, and why it does not change. #bancallspoofing.
