I have paid $699.00 to Brothertech ITSE in almost a year for computer protection which at the time I thought was a $300 one time fee. In Oct. I received a message saying $800 would be deducted for my payment due on a contract. They are located in Africa and the number you call back is in West Babylon, NY name of company is RW Global, Inc. Brothertech is not listed in the BBB and I cannot block the number. I do not answer but am saving all voicemails I have blocked them from collecting on my credit card but these calls are ridiculous, 22 calls in one day, This started on Feb. 21 and has continued daily.
I get threatening calls every week from this number, saying I owe $800. They will not leave us alone!
I get calls every week from this number threating to charge my account $800 for an automatic computer protection service. I have asked several times to cancel this service but they must have access to my home computer, which I do not have one now, to cancel the service. I never asked for auto renewal and had to change my bank account due to these calls
