I was originally instructed to call Microsoft because of an infected virus.. I called because the sound wouldnt stop. A man answered pretending to be from Microsoft. I told him that I was having a package delivered & could he please call me back in 5 minutes. I ran the original number which is: 855-205-4968 but when he called me back he called from the 5577 number (I didnt answer) I ran the number & ended up here.
