Spoke in Chinese asking if I spoke it I spoke back in Cantonese to stop harassing me at 12 am at night
They called at 10:47pm. I picked up and said “Hello.†After a short silence, I heard some noise so I knew it was not from some advertisers. They said “Ni Hao†I asked in Chinese: “Do you know what time is it now?†He responded in Chinese:â€You don’t have to pick up. You have no reason (mo ming qi miao)†then he hung up.
Just received a call at our business. I was greeted with a "ni hao", and when I indicated I don't speak Chinese, the caller apologized, said it was a wrong number, and hung up.
I picked up the call, said "hello" and got hung up on. Caller ID gives the phone number plus "Private Number." So annoying!
