I have had several calls from 646/883-2008 and no message left. Yesterday, there were two person whispering about purchase(s) in the background that was left on the voicemail with this number. They thought that I had picked up the phone but did not, since I wasn't at home. Calls in the afternoon around 2pm.
They have called me 30 times since 11/30/19. I have the number blocked.

I'm not sure who/what this number is associated with, but I received two calls from this number back-to-back on 2/5/2024 around 3:19pm. I answered both and all that I heard was what sounded like a male person breathing heavy into the phone. After saying "hello" twice and not getting a response outside of someone breathing, I disconnected the call.
