They acquire marketing lists and therefore have your name and phone number. Could not even pronounce my first name correctly (Steven) but insisted on selling me solar equipment.
Calls multiple times a day, several times a month. Voicemail is a few seconds of silence. I picked up once and no response after saying hello and was hung up on. There seems to be something on the other end.
