Criminal scammer with stolen banking info block report number don't pick up.
Generic "Hello, are you there?" message left on voicemail, followed by 20+ seconds of silence.
Someone from this number and several beginning with the 650 calls my phone about three times a day for several weeks now. I never answer so don't know what it's about.
