Unsolicited offer to reduce energy rates. Hard to understand the name of the entity even though I asked to repeat it. The pushy rep wouldn't take "no" for answer. Hung up and blocked number.
caller would not identify who they were, or company they represent. it's a scam, they only answer the phone as Mediation Services and will not answer your questions.
