It was Doordash telling me they delivered my Walmart order. They use outside vendors to provide more delivery days and times.

Same thing happened to me on 12/19/2020 but as it turns out, Doordash was acting as a courier for a package i ordered from Walmart.com. I got a text from this number when it was delivered it. Is it possible you used Doordash without knowing it like I did?
